Based in Louisiana, Mike is passionate about building a company culture centered on innovation, integrity, and long-term relationships.

For more than 30 years, Dennis Maranto has built his career around helping customers find practical, effective HVAC solutions. Before joining CIS Industries, he founded Louisiana Air Products, growing it into a trusted manufacturers’ representative before it became part of CIS through its acquisition in 2019. Today, as Chief Commercial Officer, Dennis partners with the CEO to lead CIS’s commercial strategy — spanning vendor partnerships, territory expansion, and strategic growth initiatives — while also overseeing the company’s Air Products division, a business he knows from the ground up. He brings decades of experience, deep product knowledge, and a customer-first perspective to the executive team as CIS continues to grow across Louisiana and beyond.

Joey Cardwell serves as Chief Operating Officer of CIS Industries, which he joined in 2018 to help grow from a Louisiana based company into a regional organization. He brings over 22 years of construction industry experience to the role. Prior to CIS, Joey was a founding member and Vice President of Operations at Palmisano Contractors in New Orleans, where he helped grow the firm’s annual revenue from $5 million to $100 million in the first three years. Joey has also served as Chair of both the ABC New Orleans/Bayou Chapter and ABC of Louisiana, reflecting his broader commitment to advancing the construction industry. His leadership was recognized in 2017 when he was named one of ENR Texas & Louisiana’s Top Young Professionals. Joey now brings that same operational rigor and attention to detail to his role leading CIS Industries’ operations.

David Bryant serves as Chief Sales Officer at CIS Industries, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the HVAC and refrigeration industry. He began his career as a union HVAC technician before moving into sales leadership roles at industry leaders including Carrier Corporation and Daikin. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Americas at SPX Cooling Technologies, where he worked with Marley Cooling Towers and supported customers throughout North and South America. This diverse background has given him a well-rounded perspective across multiple segments of the HVAC industry, along with a reputation for building strong, lasting customer partnerships.
