Founded in 2010, E Solutions for Buildings, LLC has established itself as a key player in the commercial HVAC industry in central and eastern Tennessee. With a strong emphasis on sustainable and energy-efficient design, the company has garnered a reputation for delivering high-quality products and services that prioritize safety, comfort, and efficiency in commercial and industrial facilities.

This strategic acquisition expands CIS’s geographical footprint across the southeast, particularly into one of the fastest-growing cities in the US, while further strengthening our relationship with Carrier. With approximately 30 dedicated employees, the addition of E Solutions for Buildings, LLC enhances CIS’s coverage for Carrier Applied equipment, parts, and controls to encompass the entire state of Tennessee.
